As part of the integration process with Cold Logic we now operate from a new location. As of 1 December 2008 you can find us at: 6 Flight Drive, Tullamarine, VIC 3043.

The mailing address has changed as well, now being: PO Box 74, Port Adelaide, SA 5015. Please use this address for all your written admin and communication materials, including invoices.

Change Of Ownership

We are pleased to announce to you that Fourair Industries Pty Ltd accepted an offer from Cold Logic Pty Ltd to purchase our business.

We see this as a major opportunity for Fourair, as it allows us to significantly expand and grow our business to offer you a greater product range and improve on our already high level of service.

Cold Logic is an industrial refrigeration company with more than 25 years presence in the market. It has three offices: Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania and it has experienced a sustainable growth and success in the past couple of years.

What's in it for you? Access to more technicians, improved availability and extended coverage. We will now be able to enhance our capacity to provide you with resourceful and effective refrigeration solutions.

Mr. Graham McNeill will continue to work as a General Manager within the business. Fourair Pty Ltd (ABN 39 131 813 217) is the new trading company and we will continue to operate from our Thomastown premises.

The integration process of Fourair within Cold Logic will be a long term and carefully planned process. We want to assure you that our commitment to you, our valued customer, will be the centrepiece of every decision throughout the process.
